Judges Team Up for a New Bankruptcy Practice Guide

Bankruptcy (National ed.) from The Rutter Group is an alternative to the "big sets"
Eagan, Minn. July 6, 2010 – Three bankruptcy court judges offer their insight into bankruptcy statutes, rules and cases in Bankruptcy (National ed.), a new Practice Guide from The Rutter Group (TRG), part of Thomson Reuters.
The four-volume Bankruptcy Practice Guide is a comprehensive alternative to the "big sets." It provides expert step-by-step guidance for each major Chapter under the Bankruptcy Code as amended by The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA). It includes authoritative answers from bankruptcy experts and includes forms and unique "practice pointers" for effective representation of debtors and creditors in Bankruptcy Court.
The Bankruptcy Practice Guide was compiled by Judge Judith K. Fitzgerald, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Pennsylvania; Chief Judge Arthur J. Gonzalez, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York; and Judge Mary F. Walrath, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware.
Bankruptcy is available on the websites of West and The Rutter Group.
