Description

The fourth edition's central focus is strategic case evaluation, not mechanics or tactics. This edition still contains a large number of case files, covering such topics as workplace sexual harassment, elder abuse, Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy, and a civil rights violation involving jail suicide. However, there are important changes in the new edition. To begin with, the fourth edition discusses the introduction of exhibits in computerized courtrooms and includes a detailed analysis of follow-up voir dire questions. In addition, the existing evidence course book references have been updated and the newest course books are cited.
