Energy Law and Policy

Energy Law and Policy offers a timely, cross-border and multi-disciplinary approach to a broad range of topics in the law and economics of energy policy in Canada and in the United States. The issues covered include the regulatory challenges of conservation and renewable energy, deregulation of markets, time of use pricing, incentive regulation, carbon pricing as well as more traditional subjects such cost of capital and rate design. The chapters on public utility law, administrative law, and aboriginal duty to consult are an important addition to the literature.
