Description

This multivolume primary law resource includes Illinois Appellate Court decisions (Illinois's court of appeals is called the Appellate Court). The set also includes headnotes, a cumulative table of cases reported, and a topical index for appellate court opinions. Semimonthly advance sheets provide the latest official text of state appellate and Supreme Court opinions. The State of Illinois decided to stop publishing new cases in an official print form in July of 2011. However, we will continue to publish this product until all Illinois Official Supreme Appellate Reports,3d volumes have been released by the state. The set will be complete when Volume 409 Ill. App. 3d has been released and printed.
