Professor Gregory C. Sisk, author of the portions of the treatise covering lawyer ethics, served as the reporter for the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct Drafting Committee. Justice Mark S. Cady of the Iowa Supreme Court (writing for himself and not on behalf of the court) authored the portion of the treatise on judicial ethics.
