Comprising 130 automated forms, the Workers' Compensation volume includes Electronic Adjudication Management Systems (EAMS) compliant forms, which have been tested on the California Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) software to ensure compliance with the DWC-established Optical Character Recognition (OCR) standards; all other non-EAMS forms still promulgated by the DWC; all notices contained in the DWC's Benefit Notice Instruction Manual; and mandatory cover and separator sheets.
