The four treatises and 35 volumes that make up the Witkin Library are written by the highly skilled staff of attorneys and editors at the Witkin Legal Institute. They were trained from 1981-1995 by B.E. Witkin, California's most respected legal scholar, and have continued Witkin's research and writing methods over the years.
