How it works

When scheduling your next deposition, ask your court reporter or service provider to provide LiveNote Stream service. The West LiveNote Technical Support team will work with your service provider in advance to properly configure and test the connections. Each authorized participant will receive a unique username and password to log in to the stream event.

To receive video/audio, ask your court reporting agency to provide a videographer and the LiveNote Video Stream service. At the deposition, your videographer will simply plug his or her camera into the provided LiveNote Stream appliance and then connect the box to the Internet.

View the live feed in your West Case Notebook software. Experts and others without West Case Notebook software can connect with a broadband Internet connection and the Internet Explorer browser.
