This product is a digital compilation of out-of-print secondary law texts designed for legal scholars and historical researchers. It includes content, largely unavailable elsewhere, from 19th- and 20th-century legal texts. It contains more than 1,700 volumes (400 titles) and includes titles from publishers West Publishing, Lawyers Cooperative Publishing, Banks-Baldwin, Bancroft-Whitney, Edward Thompson, Clark Boardman Callaghan, American Law Book Company, and Boston Book Company. Among the titles included are American Jurisprudence, American Law Reports Annotated, Corpus Juris Secundum, California Jurisprudence, Florida Jurisprudence, New York Jurisprudence, Ohio Jurisprudence, Texas Jur, Pound's Jurisprudence, Michigan Law and Practice Encyclopedia, and hundreds of other treatises.
