Description

This title is a compilation of forms of pleadings in actions at law, suits in equity, special statutory proceedings, extraordinary writs, appeals, probate and administration proceedings, and guardianships. The forms are classified and arranged in the numbering system of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. All forms are current through the 2003 legislative session, and all official court forms are up-to-date. All of the forms reflect the overnight statutory delivery provisions of the CPA, where applicable. The forms in Title 53 have been rewritten and rearranged to conform to the revised probate code.
