Question: I am viewing my own profile in the Profiler-Profiles of Attorneys and Judges database (PROFILER-WLD) on Westlaw, and I notice that some of my information needs to be updated. Where do I go to make the changes?
Answer: Now you can do it during a Westlaw session.
Update My Profile: It's never been easier to keep your profile current
As of January 2008, you no longer have to leave Westlaw and access FindLaw® to update your profile. Instead, click Update My Profile on the Links tab of your Westlaw Profiler document. (In the alternative, you can click Update My Profile at the PROFILER-WLD Search page.) The Welcome to Profile Update for West Legal Directory® page is displayed, at which you must enter your e-mail address and My FindLaw password. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your profile.
While you update your profile, hourly Westlaw billing is suspended.
