Here are some of the tools you may find useful:
- WestCheck® extracts citations from a document and checks them in KeyCite®, the citation research service on Westlaw, and then displays the result in a report. You can also enter individual citations or copy and paste citations. It's quick and easyand there's no charge to use it. You can access WestCheck on the web at westcheck.com, or you can download WestCheck software.
- West BriefTools® is a citation-checking and file-retrieving software application that you use with Microsoft Word or Corel® WordPerfect® documents. With West BriefTools, you can verify and update your citations as you write your documents. You can also add KeyCite status flags and links to the full-text documents on Westlaw.
- West CiteAdvisor identifies citations in your Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect legal documents, offers the correct Bluebook citation format if necessary, and inserts a table of authorities in your document.
