LIBRARIAN RELATIONS
Nine categories of experts are discussed separately, with sample documents and practice considerations for each category.
No matter what practice area or jurisdiction you are researching, you can find the right form for a transaction or litigation procedure without scouring Westlaw® for a search page.
West Librarian Relations maintains a page within the Thomson West Web site devoted to the needs of law librarians. Go to west.thomson.com/support/librarian.

WESTLAW CONTENT
This American Bar Association publication provides summaries and practice considerations related to all areas of employment practices liability (EPL) claims, including policy coverage and exclusions, investigation, pleading, remedies, and mediation.
A record in the ARREST-ALL database typically contains a physical description of the defendant and details of the charge, but it doesn't include information about proceedings subsequent to the arrest.
These employment-related webcasts will be broadcast live in January 2009.
