Westlaw Compliance Advisor: Have you tried Navigator's new search feature?
When you need an easy and intuitive way to retrieve laws and regulations governing banking, insurance, or health care, just click the Navigator tab on Westlaw Compliance Advisor. You can retrieve relevant documents simply by clicking the name of a topic.
And if you're not confident you spotted all relevant topics? Try the newly released Navigator search feature—the enhancement most requested by Westlaw Compliance Advisor users. This new feature lets you search the more than 15,000 Navigator topics and subtopics in the Banking, Health Care, and Insurance products. (Note: When you use the Navigator search feature, you search only for the topic and subtopic headings supplied by West attorney-editors; you do not search the statutes and regulations themselves.)
In addition, Navigator automatically adds synonyms and related legal terms to your search. For example, if you want to search Mortgage Banking topics related to prepayment penalties, type prepayment penalty in the Search Mortgage Banking Navigator text box and click Search. Navigator supplies terms such as prepay fee, consumer credit protection, and truth in lending act. As a result, you get comprehensive results without having to guess topic names or governmental naming conventions.
