West books on Amazon Kindle: Staying ahead of the curve
Well, that didn't take long. "E-book sales in the United States hit a record $14 million in June, a 136.2 percent increase from a year earlier," says the New York Times (Aug. 13, 2009, at B8).
And West is on top of the trend: Many West publications have been made available via Amazon Kindle, and many more are on the way. Customers who have relied on print and Westlaw now have a new way to view practice guides, court rules, and other publications wherever they go.
