User documentation pieces-now linked to 14 tabbed pages
Suppose you are in the middle of a Westlaw session and you suddenly want some user documentation, e.g., a research guide or a database list, related to your legal practice area. Where do you go?
If you are using one of 14 tabbed pages on Westlaw, you can stay put. Fourteen tabbed pages now contain links in the Shortcuts section to some or all of the following:
- a topic-specific research guide
- a topic-specific database list
- the Westlaw User Guides page on the Thomson West Web site
When you click one of these links, hourly billing for your Westlaw session is automatically suspended and the documentation piece or Westlaw User Guides page is displayed. (If you are using hourly billing, you will first see a page announcing that hourly billing is suspended.)
