The Blackacre's RESPA 2011 CD's Service Pack 1 may be downloaded by clicking the link below. Before installing this update, you must have installed the 2011 CD version of Blackacre's RESPA. For assistance in getting the CD, please contact Customer Support: 800 848 3475
The fixes and enhancements in RESPA 2011 SP1 include:
- The ability to run network database backups has been restored: Network backups can be run from the network instance of RESPA by the server administrator but not from workstations that tie to that database. The ability to backup local-install database is unaffected by this work; it remains available.
- The risk of an end user on a workstation being able to delete the networked database that workstation is connected to has been eliminated: the delete database option is now available only when the software and database are installed on a local machine.
- The Check Manager label for the HUD-1 line 507 has been fixed.
- Formatting of HUD-1 line 1104 amount entry as it flows to the RESPA>Seller Statement has been fixed.
- Override warnings have been removed from the HUD-1/1A 1000 series itemization fields.
- Other minor fixes.
