You must have the following to use Westlaw Drafting Assistant:
- Westlaw Drafting Assistant subscription
- If you plan to access West Case Notebook files in Drafting Assistant, then West Case Notebook version 2.1 or later, or West Case Notebook Research Only version 2.1 or later is required
Westlaw Drafting Assistant – New subscribers: Your Westlaw Drafting Assistant subscription includes West Case Notebook or West Case Notebook Research Only. You must use a separate West Case Notebook license code, which is provided to you.
West Case Notebook – Existing subscribers: Your West Case Notebook subscription includes a free upgrade to the current version of West Case Notebook or West Case Notebook Research Only. If you are upgrading from a version of West Case Notebook earlier than 2.0 or from any version of West LiveNote, you must obtain a new license code before downloading the current version of West Case Notebook. For further information, contact West LiveNote Customer Technical Support at 1-800-290-9378.
