Wendy Maines manages Librarian Relations in the District of Columbia as well as in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida. She is a key customer contact for law librarians, serving as a consultant who helps to ensure librarians get the most out of their relationship with Thomson Reuters. For over 15 years, Wendy has worked with law librarians from private law firms, academia, and government agencies. She also has worked as a reference librarian for the Legal Information Center at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Wendy is an active member of several law librarian associations on both national and regional levels. She is a former Legal Division program chair for the SLA Annual Conference. She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida, and the Law Library Journal published her senior thesis. Additional publications include articles in Testifying Expert and Law Librarians in the New Millennium. Wendy obtained her M.S.L.S. degree from Catholic University of America. When she is not consulting with law librarians, she is seeking peace on and off her yoga mat.
