Heather Heen serves as a key customer contact for law librarians in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada. She plays an important role in customer initiatives, including leading customer events, offering individual and online training, and building valuable relationships with the legal community. She also represents Thomson Reuters in professional librarian associations.

Heather has served in several roles in Thomson Reuters Sales and Account Management groups. She has deep ties to California and Arizona librarians and will pursue her M.L.I.S. degree from San Jose State University. She has been strongly influenced by the librarian community and looks forward to an advocacy and education role in this changing law firm culture and economy.

Heather received a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and is based in San Francisco. In her spare time, she is a marathon runner and wine aficionado.
