Katie Leonard serves as a key customer contact for law librarians in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Ohio. She plays an important role in connecting librarians to Librarian Relations programs. Katie serves as their consultant – ensuring they get the most out of their relationship with Thomson Reuters. She also represents Thomson Reuters in professional library associations and library schools. Katie is an active member of the Chicago Association of Law Libraries (CALL) and is also a member of several other library associations.

Katie has 14 years of library experience, most recently as a reference librarian with Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, where she was actively involved with the library's marketing initiative. She also was part of a team that globalized the technology research services of an international professional services firm and has developed training programs to assist end users on numerous online databases.

Katie holds a certificate in Human Performance Improvement from DePaul University, a bachelor's degree in Sociology, and a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois.
