Katie Leonard serves as a key customer contact for law librarians in the Central United States, focusing on Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Kansas City, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis. She also works with librarians from Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Detroit. Katie plays an important role in connecting librarians to Thomson Reuters Librarian Relations programs. Katie serves as their consultant – ensuring they get the most out of their relationship with Thomson Reuters. She also represents Thomson Reuters in professional library associations and library schools. Katie is an active member of the Chicago Association of Law Libraries (CALL) and is also a member of several other library associations.

Katie has 16 years of professional library experience in which she created competitive intelligence reports that were used for new client development and venture capital funding. She was also part of a team that globalized the technology research services of a professional services firm and has been a systems administrator for an organization's document management system.

Katie holds a certificate in Human Performance Improvement from DePaul University, a bachelor's degree in Sociology, and a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois.
