Decisions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, as that court existed on September 30, 1981, were declared to be authoritative in the Eleventh Circuit in Bonner v. City of Prichard, 661 F.2d 1206 (1981) and Stein v. Reynolds Securities, Inc., 667 F.2d 33 (1982). The Eleventh Circuit includes federal districts in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
